Payjust now Claremont...be very very wary of payments!! Bad service!!

I have a duplicate payment that went off my credit card for my goods purchased via payjustnow Claremont. They have acknowledged that there have been payment errors. Phoning them is pointless..phone just rings...emails are repetitive. They owe me R3384 and I was told by 19 Sept 2022 will be resolved but no response from their side is forthcoming!!!
