Payjust no2

Last year 2023 I purchased clothes at edgars the first payment went from my bank account after a day the money reversed from my account but on the payjust now payment cleared that I don't owe anything I called pay just now several times to fix it so that I can pay they kept quite. So 3months back I purchased after paying I got a payment to be made from the purchased I did and report but now has interest so m not happy because I tried to fix the essue they never respond I don't have problem of paying but interest it's a no no.
