Pay Just Now still no refund

I tried to buy a tent from Makro Silverlakes on the morning of 4th of June 2024 using my Pay Just Now App but it failed numerous times and we then decided my wife should rather buy it using her own cash. However, the R599-68 for the first instalment suddenly went off my bank account later that day. I reported it immediately to Pay Just Now and got a ticket nr *** but I still have no refund back into my bank account even after phoning them today (the 7th of June 2024) it still hasn't been refunded. This is money we did not budget for and we need it now. If we ever had to pay Pay Just Now late there would be penalties etc payable but now they can just take their time to refund me which is not right. I will never use them again.
