Pay Just Now - Shocking Refund Process with Shoprite Money Market

I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in PJN! Their chat services they offer is appalling to say the least, I have tried contacting them different hours of the day to see when they not as busy, but does not make a difference you will wait up to 1h:30m for help and then the agent is not educated enough to even understand what the issue is, so they can't help. They more so trying to get rid of you. You can't also call in because the line is dropped in your ear within seconds. It's almost 2026 and PJN is still not customer centric like? All I want to request is a refund! BTW there refund process with Shoprite money market is BAD! Don't use it!
