Pay just now is a ****

I was owing pay justR990 ,which I paid the amount owed to their 3rd pay in January 2025.

I went to them and told them I have settled the money and sent them a paid up letter ,I was told the amount well taken 6 months to be removed from my name. 6 month down the line thy still say I owe them R990.

I have been struggling to get assistance from the on the chat lines , I just called the now spent 8 months holding the line .

All of a sudden when I am now number 1 on the line the ice says the is no available agent.

I dnt knw who turn to as this is affecting my credit score and thy dnt seem to care
