Pay just now/ Crocs SA

O recently bought a pair of Crocs on the pay just now platform. I paid the deposito and when there were issues when the payment had to go through I decided to settle the balance of R245 on the 1 November2023. I was so shocked when another payment went through on the 1 December 2023. I now struggle to get my refund from pay just now/ Crocs SA. This is very frustrating.
