PAY JUST NOW CREDIT

When I bought articles, the first installment was deducted from account within SECONDS. Now I need a refund, the are making it as difficult as possible. I have to submit a selfie with my ID. On the website it keeps on saying that it wasn't a success. I sent them an email with the needed selfie. They acknowledged receipt and requested my bank details, which I sent. Please note that they have beem deducting money from said account! Since then, no response.
