Pay just now cant resolve simple query, disappointed!!

Pay just now debited my account twice for same orders during December, the consultant does not seem to understand the problem and assist in resolving it. All the evidence is there but still no help, I am disappointed as I am a great customer who enjoys shopping online with pay just now. #***
