Pay Just Now ARE ROUGES!!!

I have had my account hacked and had a purchase put through and deducted from my bank account. I have tried numerous timed to get hold of Pay Just Now telephonically and via their chat platform and via email with no success. They tell me that they cannot assist me and cannot refund me yet I did not place the order. Their customer service is terrible and their security is very poor to secure their clients accounts. Extremely frustrating!!!
