Pay just now and 99Rand.

I saw a store which under Pay just now and trusted that it is legit 99Rand, I placed an order on 11 November made payment in cash. Till today I haven't received my order. Lady week they responded to my email saying my order will be dispatched during last week but nothing. I tried approaching Pay just now but they can't help because I paid in cash.
