Pay Just Now ****

I want to alert people to stop using the **** that is Pay just Now. A few months ago they had a system glitch in which many of the payments would not deduct from our bank accounts and every day they would send an email written "payment failure". I tried numerous times to contact them and email them and the only thing that worked was an automated chat box which said that their system was going to be upgraded and the failure emails would be fixed. I stayed hopeful that i would be contacted and i also tried to call to no avail, their number *** written on their platforms does not work. Last week i decided to send an email again and lucky enough recieved a response this morning from a Kgomotso (No contact details at the bottom) to say that my account has been handed over. This was very shocking because the email said that i was contacted numerous times, - that is actually not true. I have rep**** to request proof of all these things. What hurts me is that before joining that platform i had a good credit score and credit history and now i find myself in this situation because of people that don't actually care about the consumer. I will also be engaging the National Consumer for an investigation as this cannot happen to people especially the fact that a bad credit score limits all credit facilities. Please be warned
