Pay just for now no response on email online chat and telephone bad customer support

No customer support the for past week now. have been trying for days now to get a refund to my bank account. Uploaded selfie it requested and that said there is an error & to contact support. I emailed several times last week and today no response to 1 email. I called several time today it drops the call after 6 mins and says everyone is busy and to use online chat or email. U ve done this and no response at all. No reply on online chat either
