Pathetic service

I bought a bed from sleep masters through PayJustNow which took time to be delivered prompting me to cancel the order. My money was then refunded into my wallet. I then tried to send the money into my account, upon which I was requested to send an account confirmation, which I did 2 weeks back. To date I still have not received my money from PayJustNow, when I call the number is always busy and my emails are not attended too. The service is very poor and unacceptable for an entity that partners with big brands.
