Pathetic service!

Payjustnow closed my account 2 years ago for no reason. I have emailed them last month requesting to get help with my account and they never responded. Today (20/05/25) I am chatting with one of their agents named Joshua and he is so clueless, takes extremely long to reply and is not helpful at all. Payjustnow please advise why you randomly closed my account. There has been no missed payments, nothing!
