Pathetic service

Terrible service. I tried to use this service at a store in Durban, their system allocated my payment to a store in Jhb. I have sent emails and phoned in so many times but it seems that no one is wanting to help me. The one agent told me that I should contact the store in Jhb to give me a refund!!! People are really unhelpful.

I've used payjustnow on many occasions prior and never had any issues. It seems that when you do have an issue, it's up to you to solve it... even though it's physically impossible.

End of the day, they still took my money and have no resolution on why their system allocated my payment to a store in a different province!r
