Pathetic service and Not Contactable

I've been trying to reach then since Saturday with no success. I sent an email to their support inbox on Saturday and to date no response or confirmation of receipt. I called their office line multiple times - the voice prompt continuously repeats "Please continue to hold, did you know you can also chat to us from the contact us page in the app" while holding the line then call cuts. Before the call cuts - the voice prompts states that "we weren't able to assist you in the timeframe" the call just drops. I tried the Chatbot as well but there's no response and eventually says we weren't able to assist you in the timeframe.

How are you a service provider but there's no way to contact you for assistance?

This is extremely frustrating!!!!
