Pathetic service

Safe to say, my first and last time I am using or referring your service, your client support is a total failure, I have been trying to communicate with you for a week now with no response, money was deducted from my account twice and I didn’t even get my goods from the merchant, I’m requesting a refund and wallet re instated to its original amount.
