Pathetic service
On the 25th I received a sms that my debit order could not go through due to insufficient funds. I checked my account and found that I do have sufficient funds to honor the debit order. I checked with the bank and found that there was an debit order in the system but was was not present for payment Payjustnow instructed to make an immediate payment to prevent ITC listing so I made On the 29th PAYJUSTNOW authorized another payment which means they have now collected R4200.00 in 3 days . After checking my account I am still R4200.00 in arrears and that my credibility was badly affected due to non-payment and can have no longer any credit I tried to contact them but they are unable to be reached

29 Aug 2022, 12:20Hi Leon,
At first glance it looks like there are two instalments paid as per the instalment plan you agreed to. The first at the time of checkout and the second at the instalment date you chose when we created your account. Remember we align your 2dn and 3rd instalment with your pay day so that we collect from you when you have money and to ensure there is always a payday in between your instalments. As the payments were made on time, there should be no reason your credit record is affected.
I have asked our support team to reach out to ensure all is in order.
Thanks,
Team PayJustNow

30 Aug 2022, 07:45Good morning. I have since been in contact with your office who confirmed to me that there was no second payment since the 25th. I took time of and went to the bank to find out what was going on just to find out that the error was with the bank and not with your company. This has since been corrected by the bank and I have since send your company a letter of apology . The payment on the 25th was blocked not by me due to insufficient funds but was blocked by standard bank themselves as standard bank claims they had not authorization to pay the R2115.00. this I told them is a lie as PayJustNow was authorized to submit the debit orders on the specific days. I lost my cool completely and unnecessary as I had so many bad experiences in the past . I did not follow the correct escalation process nor the redress of wrong as I was suppose to do which explains my letter of apology.
