Pathetic phone call service and Non existent support- through their chat

Pay just now is very disappointing. Their calls are never answered, they keep you in the queue for very long while they count down until you are 1st in queue, immediately when you are 1st in queue, it disconnects you and tells you , you will be called back and they never call back. This happens everyday. Their chat system is non existent, no one gets back at you. I had an emergency at the till in Makro and spent almost an hour trying to get hold of them through the phone, I ended not getting hold of them. I kept calling days afterwards still u cant get hold of them. 2 months later i called today, same thing
