Pathetic customs service

These worst customer service ever. I have been trying to get through to someone for over 2 weeks. They keep answering me on their chat line and then cancel the chat. An Agent bug the name of Anathi answers me and says she’s going to help me and leaves me hanging. I’m ever sorry I used their service. By far the worst experience ever. I can assure you that they so pathetic that they won’t even answer to this review. No customer service or experience at all.
