Pathetic Customer Service.

All communication platforms for PayJustNow are of no use & customer service from concierge is pathetic when communication platforms are eventually answered. I placed an order via a online merchant paying with my PayJustNow account on 22/08/2024 when they had a technical glitch. The 1st installment was deducted from my preferred bank account & deducted on my PayJustNow app however my order was cancelled with the merchant, I purchased with. I enquired & they said they never recieved payment from PayJustNow & that a refund form was to be submitted & sent to PayJustNow. It has been a back & forth this whole week & still no resolution. I requested everything PayJustNow needed from the merchant & still they are of no help & no refund. I want my money back & account PayJustNow account cleared.
