Order

Trying to call the call center I keep getting cut off. The lady Zanele in the chat is so unhelpful I don't know what she is doing there. I placed an order with homechoice, one person cancelled the order the other is telling me the order left the warehouse. I am asking if the order will be refunded, payjustnow says homechoice has to request a refund. How can homechoice request a refund if they need to refund??? Guys I just need to know if the order is placed or can I be refunded to re-order vok man!
