Not sure if I will be using them again. Sitting on the fens with payment issues.

I have enjoyed using this payment method and it has been a blessing. I have had issues and they were sorted, agents were not always knowlegable but this time round it makes no sense. I did not realise that two payments were supposed to go off and I have a seperate bank account that I keep funds in for this purpose. I ensured that the amount that my app is asking is available and more for this payment. I just found out that it was supposed to be two payments and now I have a R120 extra charge for late payment. The issue is that the math is still not mathing cause the last installment plus the charge is still less than what I am now supposedly owing. Is this how they make money cause you wont always calculate these things to see if you actually paid more or if you paid you correct amount. The sad part is the agents will just dissapear when they cant answer "difficult" questions, so support is very lacking. Instead of saying I will check and come back to you.
