Not received my refund from pay just now...

Pay just now have not given me my refund since 02June 2026. I was about to pay at macro, but the was a network issues I tried it 3 times and on the third attempt It came through, they deducted R499 twice and refunded me only one R499. When I tried to communicate with them , they tell me they are on it. I am really not happy with their service. Their service is terrible when it comes to refund. As I write this review I haven't received my refund yet.. Pay just now pay my refund please..
