Not fair at all

I always make use of PayJustNow but I don't know what's up lately. My payment dates will always fall on 25th of the month as that's my pay day. Please make me understand how you deduct 1 order (that also shouldn't have been deducted). And do not deduct the other. Same card used for purchase and payments. And the card has money on it. Then when you look again arears are added. Is this the new modus operandi? We say interest fee then we add arears. This is not right! I paid the amount with arears now and would like to be refunded my arears as it's not my problem you did not deduct the money. Order no: ***
