Nope no sorry

So I have been with payjustnow since 2022, been a good paying client on time never missed a single one, what I find funny is in the FAQ they state increases are based on one’s track records of course repayments, like I said have never missed one payment ,now bearing in mind March 2023 they went and did a credit check on me without my permission and I still have it on my name as it showed up on my clear score . I asked them for an increase and I am told no. So go Stick your services, not only did you do a credit check when I first signed up which yes I gave permission for you to do , you went and did one with out my permission and one now again. Shot on missing up my credit score…
