NO RESPONSE FROM CONTACT CENTRE

I have trying to contact PayJustNow from yesterday regarding a PayStrech query. I chat online, no agent. The bot connect me every time to a agent, but no agent. I sent an email, no response. I phoned, been holding on for almost an hour, and then gets disconnected. This is such pathetic service.
