No response 😕/ Blocked

Payjustnow agents on the chart are not willing to assist any queries Zanele and Nonny rep**** letting me know that they on it and never responded again all gone while waited the entire day for feedback. I have been blocked to make multiple transactions since last year January 2024. Everytime when I make purchases at the stores the app keeps declining imagine in front of everyone at the store and when making phone calls no agent answering ,except the robort machine keeps making noise saying ' use the app' The customer service response from payjustnow chart is very poor and unprofessional.
