NO FEEDBACK

We are an online store and we have been trying to register as a merchant on the platform for over a month now. The calls don't get answered, emails get responded to but we have not gotten an answer to whether we have been approved or not. We have been passed from 1 person to another and always asked to send our IDs and proof of residence which is starting to become a security issue. We are a strong online store and our customers would benefit from us being part of payjustnow. We are frustrated. All we want to know is if we have been approved or declined so can update on our website if approved.
