No customer centric, just vibes.

It was good while it lasted, but now I'm left with no choice but to finish my payments and close my account. The app has become increasingly user-unfriendly, and customer service seems to be nonexistent. I've been waiting for my refund for far too long, and my attempts to contact them have been futile. Despite trying to call and reach out via social media, I've received no response whatsoever. Under these circumstances, closing my account seems like the best option.
