No communication at all

Payjustnow is extremely unprofessional and definitely do not care about client service and customer care. I have been trying for days to contact them through all means possible. Email, their in app chat service, telephonically and on Facebook but to no avail. No response. Nothing. Now how should I, as a loyal customer, feel comfortable and confident enough to use payjust now if there is no communication whatsoever. Please contact me urgently
