Misleading people.

I wish there was an option for zero star. This Pay just now is a ****. My daughter bought groceries yesterday for R2494 at Checkers, she everything that teller told her to do. R831 was suppose to be the amount she paid. But they deducted the whole R2500 from her account. This morning she managed to chat to someone via the app. She was told that there is nothing they can do. Why introduce malfunctioning app in the name of helping people while you are not. Their line cuts off after 4mins of waiting for the agent. I wish people can wake up feom their sleep and stop using this useless platform. Now my poor child is left with nothing in her account.
