Misleading advertising

Last time you guys had a promotion that said activate your Finchoice mobimoney account I’m September and receive R100 and I did my activation and I have been waiting for my R100 to show in my PayJustNow account and nothing has been delivered.

I am not sure as to what is going on I asked the chat support and u was informed that it will show but jug nothing has been done,

Can I have this resolved
