Misleading!

So, this organisation says its a simple process to pay for something in 3 payments, all you need to do is register, load a bank card and make the purchase, It's a lie! I tried, then they wanted me to make the full payment of the items price! When i queried this, I was told it's because I have not loaded ko ey onto my profile!

So basically you have to register and pay the item full amount onto your profile and only then can you "pay" it over 3 payments.....

That makes perfect sense.....NOT!
