Just pathetic

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with your service. As a first-time user, I had high expectations, which unfortunately have not been met.

My frustrations primarily stem from the lack of responsiveness from your support line and other communication channels. Despite attempting to resolve issues regarding unauthorized deductions and payment scheduling, I have encountered significant difficulties. The initial deduction, followed by subsequent unauthorized withdrawals, contradicted the agreed-upon payment schedule of "3 equal payments 30 days apart," which has severely inconvenienced me financially.

Furthermore, my request to adjust the payment date to align with my salary deposit was denied, despite my explanation of the hardship it caused. This refusal, coupled with frequent and unexplained debits from my account, has resulted in additional financial burden.

Moreover, the lack of responsiveness to customer feedback and the numerous negative reviews your company has received highlight a concerning disregard for customer satisfaction and service quality.

In light of these issues, I regret to inform you that I will not be using your service again and will advise others to exercise caution in their dealings with your company.
