*****ing money for failed transactions

Stole my money for a failed transaction! I recently tried making a purchase by using payjustnow as a payment method. Their site was jammed, and as a result the transaction had failed. But despite this, my credit card was still charged, and now when I’m contacting the customer service, some person by the name of TASHREEQ is very rude, claiming I must ask the store to give me a refund!! How are they supposed to do that when there’s NO ORDER HISTORY??????? Payjustnow has ****** my money and I want a refund IMMEDIATELY
