Ignored when Contacting PayJustNow.

My finances were compromised this month due to an institution over-debiting my bank account and causing a domino-effect across my debit orders. Some debit orders were unfortunately not fulfilled as a result and because of FNB's policy to add absurdly high penalty fees onto defaulted payments my finances this month have been an absolutely impossible struggle to navigate.

PayJustNow continues to attempt to debit my account, increasing interest as they do so. I have contacted them twice now to make a payment arrangement and notify them, but they continue to ignore me, increase the interest and place debit orders that only further run my account into the negative.
