I want my refund

I returned the item because it was not the product I originally ordered. Despite returning the jacket and attempting multiple times over the past month to contact the store via phone calls and email, I have received no response whatsoever. I then escalated the matter to PayJustNow, expecting assistance in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, the only response I received was a ticket number #*** #[***]and since then, no meaningful assistance, updates, or follow-up communication has been provided.It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have returned the incorrect item, and I expect my refund to be processed
