I want my refund

I was trying to purchase using the payjustnow app on the 4th of June, the transaction failed but my account was debited. I have been calling and texting payjustnow on their live chat almost everyday and being promised that the money will be refunded within a day or two. Today I have been on the chat with Brysina and it's been over an hour waiting for the response.
