I am at LEGIT STORE in Bloemfontein Twin City Mall I made a Purchase at LEGIT using PAYJUST now on the 2nd October 2025, I paid full amount for my purchase through the PAYJUSTNOW APP and the store refused to give me my items and claimed they did not receive my money, the money has been deducted from my account and they requested that I bring Affidavit, Bank statements and they will process a refund, I submitted the documents on the 2nd November 2025 and till today have received nothing. Today I’m at the store they inform me that they refunded my Wallet which was an action that reflected immediately on the date of purchase but still resulted in the store refusing to give me my items. LEGIT and/or PAYJUSTNOW, are ****ming me of R853,63 which I need! Please assist
