Horrible service ! Pay my money back!

Good day I have been buying via payjustnow for a few years with no issues so there was never a need to make contact with them.

Until last week 31st December 2025! Bought new years gifts 2 months ago and it was paid up by the time we opened gifts. We noticed the Birkenstock bought was damaged and asked for a refund as it was fully paid and repaid over 3 months to payjustnow!

I ask Superbalist to pay the refund direct to my account, sending them proof of payments that it’s paid up with payjustnow! They declined my request and paid it back to payjustnow! Now payjustnow has been paid twice for one purchase - speaks ***** to me!

I have been emailing payjustnow daily since 2nd January 2025 when I got notification from Superbalist ! Been calling daily and place on hold for 15 min then phone goes dead. Tried the so called online live chat on website also daily and no reply.

Payjustnow has been giving me horrible client service! As a client you good enough for monthly debit orders not missed once but you not good enough as a client to return an email, or return a call or return a live chat…. Been 4-5 days consistently!

Please refund my cash money, I repeat my money to my bank account ! Don’t be seen as unfair merchants!
