Horrible service

This company is a ****. I placed an order on Takealot on the 5th of March through payjustnow. I had to pay in R1999.00. unfortunately Takealot refunded my account as they did not have stock on the 16th which was the initial delivery date. I have tried to get back my R1999.00 from payjustnow with no luck. The first email I sent them, they told me, Takealot is responsible for the refund, I called Takealot and was told that the money has been sent back (This was confirmed on email as well). The app is showing the money is in my wallet yet when I try to get the money back into my account their app has an error. They don't take calls, they don't respond to my emails and when they do their tell me about updating my app.
