Horrible customer services!

Worst customer service. Settled my balance in a single payment. (10k) Next moment my account is closed. No response via email. Phoned them-agent informed me that the credit bureau decided to take my credit away.... ***? So i am penalised for paying my account early? What a **** show. Highly annoyed and irratared.
