Horrible customer service

I've been using payjustnow for a very long time until recently my account was giving me issues when trying to purchase. I reached out a few times with the consultants giving me a run around wanting me to send an email which I've done more than once. It got to the point that I requested for my account to be deleted completely. You speak to more than one consultant on one enquiry which is very frustrating having to explain your issue over and over. Its either they don't wanna do their jobs or they don't know what they doing.
