Highly disappointed!!!

Disappointed with Pay Just Now!

The consultant Tashreeq, was of no assistance.

I was due for my instalment on the 27th of February 2024, however I was late because my Company paid out late, but they paid us the following day, 28 February 2024. When I want to make a payment, the balance had increased. I logged a complaint on 28 February 2024 and awaited feedback with no response. On the following day, today, 29 February 2024, I logged into my account and tried reaching via the chat app.

I was attended to by Tashreeq and explained my situation. I was told I got charged late penalty fees. Which is unfair, because of a 1 day delay!?

Their policy even says after 3 to 7 days then they will charge penalty fees. In my instance it was literally just 1 day and now I have to pay more than I was supposed to.

There was no willingness to assist me with the issue and was just told I have to pay it

My total order amount is R611.98 I made my 1st payment of R204.00 on 08 February 2024. I returned an item and was refunded R134.99. My remaining balance should be R272,99. Why is it now R417.99?
