Great product Poor support response and service!

Firstly, the concept is brilliant, but the support and service is poor , they don't attend to emails even after numerous emails were sent, they take almost 15 minutes to send a response and you have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the next reply on webchat I called them numerous times and only on the 4th attempt someone picked up then I asked for a manager, I was told none are available, I then spoke to a so-called supervisor who by the way is the one who was taking sup long to respond on webchat, she gave me excuses they are busy with so many calls yesterday but i sent and called them last week as well

The problem I ACTUALLY tried to get in contact with them for:

I called as I paid up my previous installment early on the 22/12 as with normal people we get paid earlier in December, I then made 2 more purchases and pay the first installment assuming that the next payment will be next month however to my dismay it reflected new payment 31/12,i asked this be moved to next month,they declined me

We only get paid once in December and like everyone its earlier, so I am pretty much being penalized for paying earlier, the supervisor Edunisa then says to me that i must buy on my pay date, so the payments come out at the right time, where do they state that for a new customer(example)

That he or she must buy only on their pay dates? They tell you that if you pay early, you will be a rock star lol and it will improve you credit profile with them

these people don't have their customers best interests in mind, also there is a lot of services coming up like this and based on other people's reviews they are going to lose business, the business owners need to review comments on Helopeter before it's too late

I bought a lot on payjustnow as it works for me but now i will try other companies like zero pay Happy pay are amongst the few i also wonder if Companies like Edgar's etc are reviewing Helopeter!
