Funds Reimbur*****t Urgent

I had a very bad experience on Sunday 6th April 2025 at Makro Carnival Brakpan. My Pay Just Now transaction didn't go through the till point, however the money was deducted straight away from my bank account. After 2 hours of struggling, I had to leave the store without my groceries and my money taken.

I have logged several requests and sent several emails to support at Pay Just Now and the Merchant, Makro Carnival has also sent requests to Pay Just Now stating they did not receive their money and that my money should be reimbursed to me. It is now the 24th of April and I have still not received my funds. I just keep getting told I must be patient. I think I have now been patient enough.

I would like the CEO Mr Craig Newborn to please step in now and take immediate action. This has caused great inconvenience for me and I am beginning to think our funds are being used for Pay Just Now gain.
