I’ve been struggling with Payjusnow over a refund, and I’m beyond frustrated. When it comes to taking my money, either through purchases or automatic debits, there’s no issue, no verification needed. But the moment I ask for a refund, suddenly I need to verify my account?

This is completely unfair and feels like a tactic to delay or avoid paying customers back. If verification is truly important, then apply it consistently across all transactions not just when you owe ME money.
