EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN PAYJUSTNOW

I am extremely disappointed. I bought something on my PayJustNow account in December at Edgars, the first went off from my bank whereafter I received a transaction declined notification on Edgars' system, I had to pay again but until today I never received the refund for the first payment, so in total I paid 4 payments totaling more than what I bought. Later in December I bought from Superbalist and returned the item as it didn't fit. Superbalist send me the refund via email. On my PayJustNow account it shows that thee first payment was refunded to my wallet, but I can't see my wallet anywhere on the app and until today I haven't received my refund in my bank account. I phoned PayJustNow numerous times and emailed them more than 10 times and no one gets back to me. I will never suggest this payment method to anymore and I won't use it again aswell.
