Extremely Disappointed – Duplicate Payment Ignored

I am extremely frustrated with how Pay Just Now has handled my issue. I made a duplicate payment due to errors on their platform, and despite my bank statement clearly showing that the payments went through, they have refused to refund me or provide a proper solution.

I’ve tried calling multiple times—getting through is nearly impossible. I’ve sent several emails explaining the situation, and still, no one has taken responsibility or offered help. Their agents are unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not trained to handle customer concerns with care or urgency.

This is my money, and Pay Just Now has taken more than what they were due. If they’re not going to refund me, they need to explain what steps they’re taking to resolve this. Right now, it feels like they simply don’t care. Is this how a legitimate company operates?

If I don’t get a response soon, I will escalate this further—even if it means visiting their offices in person. I expect someone to call me on *** and resolve this immediately.
